I’m Matthew Westerman, and this is my twin brother Stephen. Together we share over 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry. We started out working alongside our father building houses from the ground up. Both of us possess an entrepreneurial spirit and pursued business degrees in college. While working on our degrees, we continued to gain first-hand experience working in the home improvement industry. We finished college with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing. Stephen and I decided to continue our education further and pursued a Master’s in Business Administration. During this time, we worked our way into the corporate world. Stephen and I went our separate ways pursuing our own career paths. However, we soon realized that our true passion as twins was to work together on a jointly owned company.
